Fighting Hunger in America
Based on your votes on Twitter, and with the support of the YouTube Community, the LA Regional Food Bank has received the funds to acquire and distribute 10,000 pounds of food. That's over 7,900 meals or over 1,900 families helped.

This short film was made for YouTube's Video Volunteers November Spotlight: Hunger in America, hosted by David Arquette, Feeding America and the One x One Foundation. The San Francisco Food Bank distributed over 33.5 million pounds of food in 2008. A $1 donation is turned into $9 worth of food distributed throughout the Bay Area. Calvary's Mission - "For the Working Poor"
***DONATION INFORMATION AT THE END OF THE VIDEO*** Calvary's Mission is a program set up by a food pantry in Queens, New York. Every single Saturday of the year, no matter rain or snow, hot or cold, they give food to more than 800 families. A lot of the people who need food have low paying jobs and can't rely on their income to live. The church will use this video to gain publicity and reach out to the largest amount of people possible. Father and Son
Growing up in Lake Benton, MN, it was my job to shovel the driveway. Dad and I would work in the yard and then come in to warm up. This sketch is of me leaning on my snow shovel in dad's office watching him study. We had some great conversations then and I'm thankful for the memories.
I should probably give some additional backstory. Two years ago my dad had a stroke and lost the ability to communicate through speech. He recently had a fall and was in the hospital in MN. My family and I went up there to be close to him and this was drawn while sitting with him in the hospital. Since we can't visit, this is a way for us to connect. I sketch and talk about what I remember while he watches. There are a few phrases he can speak but not enough to carry on conversation. Thus, the memories of our conversations are a big deal for me. He's a wise man, my hero, and had perhaps the most profoundly hilarious sense of humor I've ever known. Though he's still with me, I miss him. Thanks for reading and watching.

Diego Stocco - Experibass
Few weeks ago I visited a luthier looking for instruments parts, I had an idea in mind for an instrument I wanted to build. My curiosity was to hear the sound of violin, viola and cello strings amplified through the body of a double bass. I came up with a quadruple-neck experimental "something" that I thought to call Experibass.
To play it I used cello and double bass bows, a little device I built with fishing line and hose clamps, a paintbrush, a fork, spoons, a kick drum pedal and a drum stick. I hope you'll like it!
Thanks to luthier John Wu for providing me the parts, even though I warned him that I was probably going to create a "monster" : )
